This site began in 2005, as a way of helping parents keep organized by providing them with resources to help them stay that way. 

There are three components of the original organizational system.

The binder and the three drawer file become part of your every day organizational routine. The accordion file is for long term storage, but you will need it after the first year.

All templates should open in Microsoft Word.

This system was one I developed out of pure necessity. I have recently discovered an online tool which some may find useful. It is free to use and your doctor and service providers can share information as well. I use it in conjunction with my binder.
